Do you know pilates? Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century. It is very new, and like Yoga. It is resistance exercise, not aerobic. Recently, I am interested in this fitness. This fitness trains inner muscle. We can expect various effects like remedy pelvis. Of course, we can expect to lose weight.
